How do I cancel a ride?

Go to My Trips, find your ride, and tap Cancel. Full refund if cancelled 2+ hours before pickup.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via Stripe.

How do I change my password?

Go to Profile and tap Change Password. A reset code will be sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data.

Is my ride safe?

All drivers are TCP-licensed with commercial insurance, DMV background checks, and valid California permits.

Does iRide charge surge pricing?

Never. Your fare is locked at booking and never changes regardless of demand, traffic, or weather.
